Refund policy

BBP Return Policy Requires RIN (Return Merchandise Number)
All returns must be pre-approved and assigned a valid RIN (Returned Item Number). This number must appear on the outside of each box being returned. To arrange for a return, simply contact us at 888-818-1899 or e-mail your request to shipping@bodybronzeproducts.com. Any items returned without a valid RIN number will be refused and returned to the sender.

Retail Merchandise that is unopened or used must be returned to 3635 Winged Foot Circle Green Cove Springs, FL 32043 within 5 days from delivery date for a refund. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging with all of the parts and pieces belonging to the product line, otherwise, the product will be discarded and the refund / replacement will be void.

All airbrush tanning solutions and discounted packages are non- refundable unless damaged during shipping. SEE DAMAGE CLAIM
Returned items are subject to a 30% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping and handling. The restocking fee is issued to recover cost incurred during the fulfillment of an order. This includes but is not limited to the following: Wages, merchant processing fees, transportation fees, packing materials and inventory shortage.
In the event that a refund is warranted, a refund will be issued within 14 days upon receipt of the returned item.

Training Cancellation: All training fees are 50% non-refundable once the training date has been booked.

Refused Shipments: A refused package is subject to shipping & handling costs and is subject to an additional 30% restocking fee.

Damage Claim: Damage during shipment must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. You may call 888-818-1899 or e-mail shipping@bodybronzeproducts.com. You must take a picture of the damaged item(s) and e-mail it to shipping@bodybronzeproducts.com. This process is required in order for your claim to be processed.

Defective Claim: In the unlikely event that a defective product is delivered by us, you must notify lisa@bodybronzeproducts.com 5 business days after delivery date. Product (s) must be returned within 10 days after delivery date to receive a replacement. This does not cover damage caused by negligence, units that have been abused or altered. Body Bronze Products does not offer refunds, substitutions, credits or upgrades

Defective equipment, such as HVLP units and accessories, will be deemed "defective" upon return to the- Manufacturer and after a detailed inspection. Manufacturer Warranty will be in effect when applicable. 2 year on the airbrush tanning machines and lifetime warranty on the professional gun.

Lost Packages: If products do not arrive 14 business days from date of purchase, please notify our office at 888-818-1899 (option 2), or email shipping@bodybronzeproducts.com. The Carrier and order tracking information will be emailed when order ships.

BBP is not liable if USPS does not scan packages and update tracking information into their system that are e picked up at our corporate office or dropped off at a local USPS location. In most cases, the package arrives at destination.
If package status is not updated at www.usps.com in 5 business days, please email shipping@bodybronzeproducts.com or call 888-818-1899(option 4)
BBP will provide proof to buyer with all shipping details, notify USPS, and do everything to expedite another package until the package is located. If a duplicate package arrives, please DO NOT OPEN, take a picture, and write “RETURN TO SENDER” so carrier can send back to our office. There is no charge if the package is unopened and it will help with the insurance claim process. If possible, please email a picture of the duplicate package to shipping@bodybronzeproducts.com. Thank you, we really appreciate your help with this and apologize for any inconvenience.

Damaged Packages: If carrier delivers a package of airbrush tanning solution that leaks there are 2 options:
1: DO NOT OPEN. Take a picture(s) and email to shipping@bodybronzeproducts.com.
You will need to provide your full name and “Damaged Shipment” in the subject line to get resolved immediately. There will be an insurance claim filed. Do not discard the damaged product until notified by a representative from Body Bronze Products. This process takes 2-3 weeks for carrier claim, but we can send replacement products when we have the email with pictures.

2. Keep the package, leakage is minimal or CARRIER would not be delivered.
